Most of the subdivisions EMC has engineered were also planned by EMC. A large part of the firm’s Brampton portfolio was fully planned, designed and managed in-house, as were its residential communities in Woodbridge and Maple and its subdivisions in Barrie. Representative examples:

Nottawasaga Village, Angus

Approximately 900 units in Essa Township, planned, engineered and project-managed by EMC across 27 project components from 1993 to build-out in 2020.
