Our team delivered comprehensive civil engineering services for the BKY Ranch Residential Subdivision in Vaughan's Gailcrest West area. The engineering scope encompassed detailed design of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, watermain, and road infrastructure, all prepared in accordance with City of Vaughan and York Region design standards. We guided the project through the full approvals process, from preliminary engineering to detailed design and construction administration.
The Gailcrest West area required careful coordination of servicing connections with existing municipal infrastructure. Our team designed trunk storm and sanitary sewers to service the development while accounting for downstream capacity and upstream contributions. The grading plan addressed the site's natural topography to achieve efficient lot drainage, minimize earthwork quantities, and establish appropriate road profiles throughout the subdivision.
We prepared the functional servicing report, stormwater management plan, and all supporting environmental and geotechnical submissions for review by the City of Vaughan, York Region, and the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA). Our engineers also provided construction oversight to ensure that all installed services met the design intent, contributing to a fully serviced residential community in one of Vaughan's growing neighbourhoods.
