Our team provided complete civil engineering services for Klein Ridge Estates, a premium residential development in the Klein Ridge area. The engineering scope included detailed design of sanitary sewer, storm sewer, watermain, and roadway infrastructure, all prepared to meet municipal and regional standards. We worked with the developer from the plan of subdivision stage through to construction and assumption of services.
The Klein Ridge site presented grading challenges typical of estate-lot developments in the York Region area, where natural topography must be carefully managed to achieve positive lot drainage without excessive earthwork. Our team designed individual lot grading plans that balance the existing terrain with the requirements of custom home builders, ensuring that each lot drains properly to the municipal storm system.
