Our team provided full civil engineering services for the Havencrest Subdivision, guiding the project from initial concept through to municipal approval and construction. The scope of work included detailed grading design, storm sewer and sanitary sewer layout, watermain distribution, and road design to municipal standards. We worked closely with the local municipality and conservation authority to ensure all servicing met current requirements and that the subdivision could be integrated seamlessly into the surrounding neighbourhood.

Stormwater management was a central focus of this project. We designed a comprehensive drainage strategy that addressed both quantity and quality control, incorporating best management practices to protect downstream watercourses. Our grading plan carefully balanced cut and fill across the site to minimize earth movement while achieving positive drainage for every lot.

Throughout the approvals process, our team coordinated with utility providers, transportation planners, and environmental reviewers to resolve technical comments efficiently. The result is a well-planned residential community with reliable underground infrastructure, proper road geometry, and a stormwater management approach that satisfies both regulatory agencies and long-term maintenance considerations.
