EMC Group provided comprehensive civil engineering design for the Gregory Scott Drive Subdivision, delivering a complete servicing package from preliminary design through to assumption. Our work encompassed sanitary sewer, storm sewer, watermain, and road design, all prepared in accordance with municipal design criteria. We coordinated with the local municipality and regional agencies to secure the engineering approvals necessary for construction to proceed on schedule.
A key challenge on this project was developing an efficient lot layout that maximized the number of buildable lots while maintaining appropriate setbacks, road geometry, and servicing corridors. Our grading design addressed the natural topography of the site, ensuring positive drainage to the storm sewer system and proper lot-to-lot drainage patterns. We also prepared erosion and sediment control plans to protect the surrounding environment during construction.
Our team managed the functional servicing report, stormwater management design, and all supporting technical studies required by the approval agencies. From preliminary engineering to final inspection and assumption, we provided continuous project oversight to ensure that the Gregory Scott Drive Subdivision was delivered as a fully serviced, approval-ready residential community.
